  • Returns are only accepted for:

    • Size issues (if stock is available for exchange)

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or discount

  • Used, washed, or damaged items (not due to our fault)

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or product issues.

  • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us via:

  • Share your order number and product issue with clear pictures.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

  • In case of our mistake, we will cover all delivery charges.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if:

    • The product is out of stock for exchange

    • The issue cannot be resolved through replacement

  • Refunds will be processed via:

    • Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
